• The team developing OnePlace stringently follows industry recognized best practices for securing applications that utilize the Internet to transmit data.
• User passwords are required and are stored encrypted.
• Each member of a workplace is granted an access level. This access level determines what data they have the permission to view/edit. You can lock down access to information at the individual data level (i.e. tasks, projects, discussions, files, etc.)
